Welcome to Painted Hair Studio! I am a hair and makeup artist dedicated to giving all of my clients their DREAM hair! Whether it’s a sunkissed balayage or an electric blue ombré, your wish is my command! I am known for my work with blondes, balayage and color transformations. I’m also certified in 4 types of extension application - so really, I can give you your dream hair! I cannot wait to give YOU your dream hair! DISCLAIMER: When booking with me you are agreeing to all policies as well as giving me permission to take before and after pictures for my portfolio! REFUND POLICY: My number one goal for my business is giving my clients their dream hair! Being a small business owner who makes a living on the services I perform, refunds or partial refunds on services are not allowed. If you are unhappy with a service performed please communicate any concerns to me while in the salon. I will gladly adjust any minor concerns as long as it will not compromise your hair! This offer is valid up to 48 hours after your appointment. If you do not express any concerns in the salon I will be unable to help you! Keep in mind, lighting and style will effect how your eye sees the color! Make sure you see it in all types of lighting: natural shaded light and natural unshaded light always during the day! LATE POLICY: With my busy schedule I am unable to take guests who are later than 15 minutes, as most of just services require up to an hour and will result in running behind for my next guest. If the client is 15 minutes late, the client will be charged a $30 non refundable late fee. If the client is more than 15 minutes late and I am still able to take them, the client will be charged a $50 late fee and charged for the service they were booked for regardless of what I am able to do in that time. If guests are more than 20 minutes late to their appointment their service will be canceled and they are required to pay 50% of what they were booked for and must pay a deposit for their next appointment. More than 2 occurrences will result in a ban from booking with me. NO SHOW POLICY: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of their service and will be banned from booking with me in the future.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% cancellation fee will be taken if the client hasn’t canceled 48 hours in advance. This will automatically be charged. Nonrefundable. If client is 10 minutes or more late to their appointment, the client will be asked to rescheduled and charged 50% for the appointment time. Nonrefundable. If a client does not show up to their appointment and does not message me prior to their scheduled appointment time 100% of what the appointment was scheduled for is charged. Nonrefundable.
